Logging into Oly-track allows you, the User, to create your workouts on the fly. It is easy to forget a pen and a journal, but not so easily your phone. Each workout created is a workout tracked, so tracking them with this application allows you the freedom to access your past sessions anywhere...(as long as you have a device to login).
Each training workout you do will also have coach feedback, so in the application there is an input for you to detail that information so you don't have to try and remember it in a pinch, what was said possibly weeks ago. Tracking Workouts has never been easier! Welcome to Oly-Track!
